neighbors did not clean after their big dogs and the association has not done anything.

Park is in very poor condition. It has obviously not been kept up. Only 1 tennis court is useable and it is in bad condition. Fence, gates, grass and everything else is worn down and looks unattended.

Noticies all the courts were empty and then once we walked up to it we realized why… In the description it said there was 3 courts but in reality it’s only one (and barely one). And the floors were cracked and broken and ball would go flat, it wouldn’t bounce back because of how old and damaged the floors were. And the second court? It was full on sink holes and completely unusable. Next to that was a completely damaged and abandoned rink of some sort. The only thing nice were the racket balls courts and the basket ball courts.

Waterford Park is located in the tranquil Waterford neighborhood in Davie. The neighborhood is mainly mid sized, single family homes that were built between 1986 and 1991. Waterford Park is 5 acres located next to I-75. The park has two picnic shelters which can be rented, a small shelter near the playground with a charcoal grill that can seat 25 and a larger picnic pavilion at the back of the park that can seat 60 people. The back pavilion even has electricity because I saw a guy working his computer plugged in. Other park amenities include a playground with an area for tots and older children, restrooms, paved exercise path, open area for play with a backstop for softball, eight racquetball courts, two basketball court, grill, sand volleyball court, and three tennis courts. There is a lot of amenities at this park but parts of it look neglected. The roller hockey rink is damaged and closed while other parts of the park like the basketball courts look new. It is helpful that there is a restroom in the park. If you live in Waterford, this is a nice recreational resource to have in the neighborhood. The park is open daily from sunrise to sunset.

A wonderful park with great amenities. 2 pavilions, basketball courts, tennis courts, racquetball courts, hockey rink, kids park and walking path. We enjoy having our church anniversary picnic here year after year. A hidden jewel.
